The most common reason is a typo in the email address you entered, or the email address you entered is not the same one linked to your user account
Google Gmail addresses are very common, and when logging in to Google’s own email service, dots do not matter in Gmail addresses. If a user account has been created in the Reviiri service with the address firstname.surname@gmail.com, logging in to Reviiri or resetting the password will not work if you try with the address firstnamesurname@gmail.com
