Club task list
When you log in to the Reviiri system, you are first directed to a page that shows the items on the club’s task list. From here, you can conveniently see at a glance the contracts that are due for renewal, the properties whose boundary data has changed after the contract was created, and pending messages.
The list of expiring contracts shows fixed-term contracts whose validity ends within the next month or has already ended, as well as open-ended contracts that have been terminated. A contract is removed from the list only when it is marked as processed by clicking the Remove from list button on the contract form.
Property boundary data from the National Land Survey of Finland is updated in the Reviiri system regularly, approximately once a month. If, after a contract has been made, the boundaries of a property change due to, for example, subdivision or a control measurement, the club administrators are notified. It is recommended that administrators review all such contracts. If the change does not require any action (such as renewing the contract), the reminder can be cleared from the list. Reviiri considers a property to have changed if the number of its land plots has changed, if the number of corner points of any land plot has changed, or if any corner point of any land plot has moved more than one meter from its original position.
Under Pending messages, you can see the visitor requests that Reviiri users from other clubs have submitted to your club. You can approve or reject these requests; approval can be granted either for a fixed period or indefinitely.
All new items on the task list are also sent by email to all club administrators.
Club details
Through the Club details tab, the club’s basic information can be edited: the abbreviation used in map program map lists, and the address shown as contact information in lease agreements. The page also shows the current validity period of the system access rights, and as the end date approaches, the option to purchase additional access rights is offered in the online store.
The page also displays lists of the club’s administrators, members, and visitors. Administrators can add new members to the system, appoint them as administrators, change administrators back to members, and add or remove visitors. During the system implementation phase, the member list can also be imported in spreadsheet format from an existing system. The data can be imported either using Reviiri’s import template or by using a list downloaded from the Finnish Hunters’ Association online membership register by clicking the Import member list button. If you want to import data from some other system, it can be done manually for an additional fee. For that please contact our support.
