Basic information
Managing your own details is available to every Reviiri user, both club administrators and regular members. A Reviiri user who does not have an administrator role in any hunting club is directed to the personal details management page immediately after logging in. An administrator can access this page from any page by clicking the button next to their name in the top right corner and selecting My details.
Reviiri stores each user’s name and the email address used to log in to the system. In addition, if desired, you can also enter your address and phone number. This information is important if the club uses Reviiri as a simple membership register. Administrators should also enter their phone numbers, as they are included as contact details in the hunting lease agreements created by that administrator.
If you wish, you can also change your password on this page by entering the new password twice and saving the information.
Memberships and visitor access rights
On the right side of the Basic information page, a list is shown of the hunting clubs the user has access to. The maps are visible in the mobile app.
With the visitor access feature, users can also view the maps of clubs they are not members of. Visitor access is always granted by a club administrator, and it can be limited to a fixed period if desired. When you request visitor access via the link on the My details page, a message is sent to the administrators of that club. Once they approve your request, you will be able to view the maps and information.
The Reviiri system does not take any position on possible fees or compensation for visits; these must be agreed on separately through other means.
