If the club’s contracts already exist in some electronic system or document, it is most likely possible to import them into Reviiri without having to re-enter all the information.
In that case, the data must be transferred into Reviiri’s standardized Excel template, which can be downloaded from this link. Please follow the instructions for filling in the document carefully!
After that, in Reviiri’s Lease Agreements tab, you can click the “Import contracts” button to import the data contained in the Excel file into Reviiri.
Once the import is complete, a report will be shown. If the report contains many items that need fixing, you can redo the import after correcting the Excel file, or you can approve the imported data as the basis for the club’s contract database.
