A signed contract cannot be edited. It can only be deleted and a new one created
If the contract is still in progress and editable:
Open the “Lease agreements” tab and click the globe icon on the contract row
First remove the selected property using the “Remove” button in the panel on the right side of the map view
Then select the same property again and define which areas of it should be included in the contract and which should be left out

If you want to freely draw and exclude a certain area from the contract in the map view while creating the contract:
Use the split button shown next to the “Selected property” heading. After clicking this button, instructions for splitting will appear on the screen; click the mouse somewhere outside the property area, and then outline the part to be cut by clicking inside the property
The final click is again outside the property, and the property will be split along the marked line. Now these parts can be removed separately, just like properties normally can
Finally, save the changes you made by clicking the “Accept” button
