Why doesn’t the contract print correctly or why does the printed information differ from the information shown in the contract?

If the contract or its map attachment does not print correctly:

- Check the print settings on the computer you are using


If the printout is OK when using one browser, but not when using another:

- First check the print settings of the browser you are using


If printing to a .PDF file works fine, but printing a paper version through the printer does not:

- Check the printer settings you are using


If the printing issue does not involve the map and all pages of the contract otherwise print correctly, but some information shown in the Reviiri service differs on the paper printout compared to how it appears in Reviiri:

- Check that the contract status under “Status” in the “Lease agreements” tab is either “Approved” or “Signed”


A contract with the status “Approved” or “Signed” can no longer be edited, and in that case what is shown in the Reviiri service will also appear in the printout


However, the situation is different if the contract is still editable and its status is “In progress”, because the required attachments may not yet have been saved, or all the information entered may not yet be printable in the same way as for contracts with the status “Approved” or “Signed”
